Three more sections of Nigeria’s 1,315 km national railway programme — extending the standard gauge network northward from Ibadan to Kano.

This assignment covers Addenda 3, 4 and 5 of Team Group’s engagement on the Nigerian Railway Modernization Project, expanding the scope of supervision to three additional sections of the Lagos–Kano standard gauge corridor, totalling approximately 790 km:

Section 1: Kaduna – Kano (203 km)
Section 2: Ibadan – Minna (460 km)
Section 3: Minna – Abuja (127 km)

Team Group provides design vetting and works supervision across all three sections on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Transportation, consistent with the approach established on the Idu–Kaduna and Lagos–Ibadan sections already underway.
