DESCRIPTION

Review of the Railway Master Plan (2013) by existing the rail network and creating an efficient transportation link to important mineral potentials, communities and every regional capital, in order to incorporate new route and interconnections across the Country.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Review of the traffic forecasts carried out for the previous release (year 2013) of the RMP
  • Review and update of existing plans for:
    – Railway network rehabilitation
    – Upgrading of existing lines
    – Construction of new standard gauge lines
  • Preparation of new plans for construction/extension of new Standard Gauge lines
  • Define available investments and complete the Financial Plan for investments on the existing and proposed network and rolling stock;
  • Review and update of the specifications of railway infrastructure
