Feasibility Study of the rail route (136 km) with the following characteristics:

• Double track line; standard gauge 1.435 m;
• Axle load : Infrastructure : 22.5 tons and structure: 25 tons;
• Traction: diesel with potential for future electrification;
• Design line speed : passengers: 160 km/h and freight: 100 km/h. (overall length: 146 km approx.)

The Services consist in the Technical Study of the Preliminary Project:

• Traffic study and definition of the technical characteristics of the line;
• Study of the track and equipment (rail, sleepers, fasteners and turnouts);
• Operation and Study of the Rolling Stock;
• Identify potential train stations, workshops;
• Bridges, viaducts and tunnels;
• Passenger and freight station buildings;
• Signalling and Telecommunications;
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities;
• Economic and Financial Study;
• Legal, Institutional and Financial Study
